YHuaHin is a trading name of Elephantbricks Real Estate, Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan,
Thailand.
This policy explains what we do with personal information you give us through this website.
What we collect
When you make an enquiry — your name, and whichever of email, phone, WhatsApp or LINE
you choose to contact us with, plus whatever you tell us about what you’re looking for.
When you use the site — anonymous, aggregated statistics: which pages were viewed, what
kind of device, and roughly which country. Nothing that identifies you, and nothing that
follows you between visits or across other websites.
We don’t ask for identity documents, financial details or anything sensitive through this
website. If a transaction reaches the stage where those are needed, we’ll explain
separately what is required and why.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, to show you properties that match what you asked for, and to keep
in touch about the search you started — nothing else. Property searches take months, so we
keep your details while your search is live.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your information.
- We don’t share it with anyone except where necessary to complete a transaction you have
asked us to progress — for example a lawyer or the Land Office. - We don’t send marketing you haven’t agreed to.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no tracking cookies.
We don’t use advertising cookies, we don’t use social media tracking pixels, and our
statistics are collected without identifying individual visitors or following them between
sessions. That is why there is no consent pop-up on this site — there is nothing to
consent to. WordPress may set a cookie if you leave a comment or log in as a member of staff. Those are
necessary for the site to function and are not used for tracking.
Your rights under the PDPA
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it.
Write to info@yhuahin.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
