YHuaHin is a small, independent property agency in Hua Hin. We sell and rent houses,
villas, condominiums and land across Hua Hin, Pranburi and Cha-Am — and we look after
properties for owners who don’t live in Thailand full time.
We are deliberately small. You deal with the person who viewed the property, negotiated the
price and knows the area. Not a call centre.
What we’re actually good at
Explaining ownership before it becomes a problem. Most foreign buyers arrive unsure
whether they can legally own anything in Thailand. The honest answer is more nuanced than
either the optimists or the pessimists tell you, and it depends on whether you’re buying a
condominium or a house, and on how long you plan to keep it. We are here to answer all your
questions.
Knowing the difference between areas. Hua Hin Centre, Khao Takiab, Hin Lek Fai and
Pranburi are not interchangeable. Beach access, traffic in high season, distance to a
hospital, whether the road floods — these decide whether you enjoy living somewhere.
Being here afterwards. We manage rentals for owners who are abroad most of the year,
with a written statement every month. That’s unusual here, and it’s the part of the job we
care most about.
