Buying
We’ll show you what’s actually available in your budget, including things not advertised
publicly, and tell you plainly when something is overpriced.
Before you commit we go through the ownership structure — foreign freehold, Thai freehold
or leasehold — and what each means for you when you eventually sell. We’ll also give you a
realistic figure for transfer fees and taxes, and who customarily pays what.
We work with lawyers for the legal checks. We don’t pretend to be one.
Renting
Through our rental management programme we offer long-term rentals from studios to private
pool villas, and short-term where owners allow it.
Rental management
This is the part most agencies here don’t do.
Plenty of people will sell you a house. Far fewer will still be answering the phone two
years later when the air conditioning fails and you’re in Sweden.
We manage properties for owners who are abroad for most of the year:
- Finding and vetting tenants, and handling the lease
- Collecting rent
- Deposits held and accounted for properly
- Repairs and maintenance arranged, with quotes before we spend your money
- Utilities, common area fees and the small administrative things that are difficult from
another country - A written statement every month showing exactly what came in, what went out and what
is owed to you
